How to Retrieve Your Completed Order Report

1Clients with accounts can log into their dashboards and click on “SEARCH ORDERS” at the top once they have logged into their portal.

2. You can then search by Look Number or Claim/Reference Number (if using a claim number, make sure to use dashes).

 

3. You should then click on “RESEND REPORT” to send your report. You can also click on “Delivered” to see the report immediately.
