- Open Google Play Store
- Search for "wegolook"
- Click the Green "Update" Button
- Accept any new permissions
- The app will download
- The app will install
- Make sure Auto-Updates is Checked
Now you're up to date!
I'm having issues with the app. It says it's not compatible but I have the latest version of Android. Is there an alternative?
Hi Dawn and thank you for your question. If you are unable to download the WeGoLook app then you will not be able to use the app to complete Looks. There are more to our app compatibility than just Android version. Take a Look at this support article to learn the requirements and some sample phones that will work.

when trying to scared access new or available looks or to search it says an error occurred
I am having the same problem... it would seem that the app won't allow me to sign in. Sent for password reset and nothing. And the website here. doesn't seem to have my picture anymore. Curious
I have to agree with all of the above. The app is unstable and limited. Like Bailey and James, I'm not able to sign in, accept the user agreement or allow permissions. Tried using the website but that doesn't help. Since moving to the UK business model this has become unworkable for me! Can someone at We Go Look please sort this out so we can at least start working again, please?
