If, for any reason, you find it necessary to cancel a Look after you've placed your order, please let us know within 2 hours of order placement. It's also important to request cancellation before we've begun any work on your order to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees
An early cancellation fee of $25.00 is charged when attempts to reach out to the onsite contact, or seller, have already been made and/or a Looker has already been assigned to complete your Look.
A late cancellation fee of $45.00 is charged when an appointment has been scheduled and/or the Looker has been dispatched to the onsite location of the item or property to be inspected.
*Please be advised that the full report fee or a prorated amount may be charged if the Look has already been completed prior to your cancellation request.
