If you need quick access to a support article, you can easily access anything you need from within the WeGoLook mobile app. See instructions below:
1. From your dashboard, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner.
2. Toward the bottom of the drop down, click 'Support'
3. Click 'FAQ'
4. Scroll through until you find the article you need and click the article to learn, or click the search icon in the upper right corner and enter a term for the article you need.
I like that we can reference procedures easily. It is quick and handy on my phone.
