On the order confirmation screen, you will see the job confirmation number and delivery date. Please use this to search for your order. You may also click "Search Orders" in the dashboard menu to view all placed orders. You can filter by status, check if your order is scheduled, see a reason if the order is delayed, view reports online or resend completed reports.
Within the dashboard, you can filter by the following:
- Status
- Check if your order is scheduled
- See a reason if the order is delayed
- View reports online
- Resend completed reports
