Reaching Out to the Onsite Contact

Anytime you accept a Look that requires you to meet with an onsite contact, it is essential for you to reach out to him or her immediately upon accepting the Look. It only takes a couple of minutes to make a quick phone call and it can have a significant impact on your overall success in scheduling with an onsite contact.

Please be aware that, in most cases, the onsite contact is awaiting your call.

What to do if after calling the contact's place of business and are given a message with instructions to email another person to schedule a Look is the only way to schedule the Look?
