Reaching Out to the Onsite Contact

Anytime you accept a Look that requires you to meet with an onsite contact, it is essential for you to reach out to him or her immediately upon accepting the Look. What to do if after calling the contact's place of business and are given a message with instructions to email another person to schedule a Look is the only way to schedule the Look?
