When a Look comes available in your area, you may receive an email and/or an App notification. (See an example of an email notification below.) Notice that you can easily see the following:
- Type of inspection
- Look due date
- Approximate distance you will need to travel
- Fee amount to be paid to you upon completion
With this information, you can quickly decide if you want to accept this Look. Please keep in mind that you may accept or not accept any offered assignment.
If you choose to accept this Look by selecting the blue ACCEPT button, and you have done so in a timely enough manner to claim it before any other Looker, you will receive a notification of confirmation.
*Within four hours of accepting the Look, you will need to reach out to the onsite contact to schedule an appointment.
Please note: Some of our clients choose to pre-schedule the appointment times for their Looks. In these instances, you may only reschedule for another time if the Look can be completed at an earlier (not later) date/time.
